Summer Rose & Oak Wizard
In honor of the upcoming summer Solstice, I’m featuring dolls that embody this energy. This Solstice Wizard is one of 4 dolls birthed over the 2024 summer Solstice.
I began this doll on the 2024 Summer Solstice and full strawberry moon and completed him on the new moon in Cancer. He connects me to my fatherline - the male ancestors of my paternal lineage.
His heart holds rose petals and an acorn - medicine for love, growth, rooting into self-knowledge, ancestral connection, ancestral lineage healing, and strengthening intuition.
He wears a Corriedale wool robe adorned with a spiral woven with wool and recycled sari silk.
This wizard is wise and gentle, strong and grounded. Like the Emperor in the Tarot, he represents the structure, planning, action, and wisdom required to transform my vision into something tangible. He is fire balanced with water - the epitome of the King of Cups.
He’s a calm and supportive presence, guiding me down the path to my father’s father and all the men who came before him - a reminder that they are always with me.
