This room is in the birthing stage. I believe that the act of creating should feel nourishing and, in that spirit, this page will fill in steadily, over time.

My vision is to collect simple, daily practices that cultivate a deeper connection to Self, Spirit, the Earth, and the Unseen. This might include: suggestions for how to work with dolls & talismans, ways to make everyday practices more meaningful, explorations and ideas for crafting larger rituals, suggestions for books and other media that I’ve found nourish and sustain me in this process, and maybe even recipes for supportive teas and infusions.

And while this is not a sales page, when I have dolls & talismans available for purchase, I’ll share them here. My goal is not “to sell” but to connect. I believe my offerings will find you when the time is right.

The world is full of uncertainty - and many of us are feeling deep grief or even despair. I need simple practices that remind me of the beauty and the possibility that surrounds me - and I know I’m not alone in that. My intention is to gather together tools that support our collective spiritual, emotional, and physical nourishment and share them here.

May these rituals sustain us as we walk the path of healing - both for ourselves and for those around us.
